The new Apple Fitness+ app provides home workout programs and offers its users new guided workouts every week, that are available across the variety of categories, such as Core, HIIT, strength, cycling, dance or Yoga. The users can also enjoy guided meditation, group workout or pilates.
The workouts last between 5 to 45min, so even if you’re a busy bee, who’s struggling with time, you will be able to find something that will perfectly suit your hectic schedule.
