As  June officially marks Pride Month, big retailers across the globe have announced new collections and limited edition items to celebrate this occasion and give back to the LGBT+ community. Every year we can see the increasing number of brands collaborating with LGBT+ artists and making either one-off donations to charities or donate the money from sales.

Pride is celebrated every year as a tribute to those who were involved in the Stonewell Riots  in Greenwich Village in New York in June 1969. The movement saw members of the LGBT+ community fight back against harassment from the police, demanding equality and respect and it was the beginning of the campaign for wide-scale social change.

Among the brands and designers who released new collections to mark the Pride Month we can find Versace, Balenciaga, Michael Kors, Gap, Vans, Dr Martens, AllSaints, Puma, Levi’s, Apple and here are our favourite pieces from these collections.
